An enclosure fence must clearly mark out the boundarys of the eclosed area as well as ensuring the safety of the horses on the inside of the enclosure, ensure the safety of any person on the outside of the boundary and have a long and low-maintenance lifespan.
Sports fields or residential fencing could partially work as a boundary marker but it won’t provide the horse-size safety levels. At Fornells with our 40 years of horse-protection experience we employ unique performance criteria in our designs of fencing and protection for racecourses, training centers and caring horse-owners. Using automobile “bumper” design criteria our Paddock Fencing can withstand the immense static loads that horses will impose when they lean or push at the fence posts and rails.
